Good and service were both great! The atmosphere was a lot of fun. Lots of locals hanging around, you can tell they visit frequently. Made it fun to experience! Also, try the Sweet Surprise dessert. It was amazing.

Amazing atmosphere, they left the building exactly as it was back then. Stained glass everywhere. The servers are very knowledgeable of the menu, and the owner is a sweetheart that checks on everyone during there meal.

This is a time warp place. Old musty bar that has seen better days. The food wasn't bad, but the atmosphere needs updating. I had chicken parm which was overly crunchy and dry. The bread is tasty.

I got to see the lil girl the older lady and the man. It was best experience in awhile. Server Ali was the bomb and food was exquist

We all had the breakfast, which was pretty good. Service was friendly and fast. The building is pretty cool when you think that it's like 100 years old. Didn't see any ghosties but enjoyed the hunt. 😉

I ordered the haddock baked potato and applesauce $16.The fish was horrible!! No amount of lemon juice or ketchup could help it. when I brought it to the waitresses attention she said I will tell the chef they also brought a small container of tartar sauce which was so dark and not edible I think I got free pandemic food which is now not worth paying for shame on you Ashley's!

Wow what's up with this - you need to pay extra for EVERYTHING here, cheese, bread, fries, up charges on cheese depending on the kind of cheese you choose. Wonder if you are charged for the plastic cup holding the water. Just make different burgers - geez!!! Sure miss Malibu's where burgers were done any way you wanted with no extra charges & with a smile too😩 This place needs some updated seats & a good cleaning job with all the $ they overcharge. Used to be a lot better back in the day!

Ashley's has been around since the early 1920s and it has a nice old-time feel to it. It has the rustic wood interior with wooden tables. The food was good and there were plenty of options, so you should be able to find something that you would like. Don't forget to read the back page of the menu, so you can learn me history.

Tara was a very good waitress, as busy as they were (Valentine's Evening) we had our food rather quickly. absolutely no complaints.

Have been here several times. Usually pretty good. Today the waitress smelled of booze and cigarettes. Also the food was terrible sent everything back. Won't be going back anytime soon. Go at your own risk.

B'day gathering for one of the girls. Most had the Crab, broccoli Quiche and said it was yummy. I had the most delicious Buffalo Chicken Salad! Oh my heart will have it again. Yummiest.

The food was great. Had a nice time. I order something that was not on the menu and the chief cooked for me and it was best I ever had.

SPOOKY! It's true - this restaurant is truly haunted. We did an investigation there, and we now have proof on video. But don't worry - these are fun and playful spirits that mean no harm. They'll whiz by you and rearrange your silverware when you're not looking, but they've never harmed a fly. Absolutely nothing to be scared of, I promise. The service is top-notch. Christy is charming and wonderful! There's a full bar, the prices are fair, and the food is decent. Check it out if you get the chance.

Went to Ashley’s because my friend and I knew it was haunted and wanted to see what it was about. When you walk in the smell is horrible. Both of our meals were horrible. I sent my shrimp scampi back to the kitchen which was drenched in butter and got fried shrimp and French fries. The fries were burnt. My friend ordered smothered steak and green beans. The beans were bland and the steak was over done. They charge entirely too much for the quality of food they provide. I was very upset and most definitely will not be returning. The history behind the place is very cool and interesting but those looking to have dinner here, save your time and money.

The coolest old place with the best food and great service at a super reasonable price. Love love love Ashley's!

Buffalo chicken salad w/blue cheese dressing was very good and plentiful. Good to see Becca tending bar she makes a most excellent drink. Two of us drinks and food (mostly drinks) $41.00. will definitely return.

Had the burger it was good but nothing special needed to be greasier

I have wanted to come here for quite awhile. Learning that the building is known to be haunted gives it quite the allure. We did not see any evidence of spirit activity during our visit. Friday the special is fish and chips, so I ordered that. The fish was perfectly cooked with a thin crispy crust, very delicious.

This is a great little place we stumbled upon! It's an historic building with a charming atmosphere, that is supposedly haunted, though I saw no evidence of any haunting. The food was delicious, and served pretty quickly.... I had the steak salad which was delish!

My husband & I ordered a take-out lunch from Ashley's today & it was just delicious!! We had the grilled chicken ciabatta & the traditional turkey club each with a side of cole slaw. Fresh sweet iced tea & lemonade were our beverages of choice. They too were really good. Everything was super fresh & perfectly packaged. Our server was so pleasant & she brought everything to our car for us so we didn't need to go inside at all. I apologize for not taking a few photos, but we were hungry & just dove into those yummy sandwiches!! The ordering was easy too & everything was just perfect👌. When we're in Rockledge, FL again, we'll certainly order from Ashley's.

This is a great place. The food is wonderful and the staff is awesome. The history is an extra bonus plus the fact it's haunted. Steve the paranormal investigator that's there on Monday's starting around 6 is great. If you get the chance to talk to with him, definitely do so!!!!!! He is the real deal.

Outdoors in the Fall is perfect, especially when a large train passes by, right next to the tracks. Food 5 Star. Service 5 Star Thanks for the 'Train Shots' that was over the top. Our Taco Tuesday group was quite pleased.

Staff are friendly, food is delicious, and plenty of it. This place is supposed to be haunted, but the wad nobody home on a Sunday morning. Maybe next time! Recommend!!

It's haunted. And food was great. I had pineapple(if i remember correctly) on my burger w onion rings. Totally happy. Choice of seating at square bar or tables.

The food was good, but I was disappointed that the host who seated us and refilled our beverages was not wearing mask nor the busser. Some of the staff wore masks and some did not. Also it is an old building and social spacing is difficult because all tables/booths are in a row. I understand that governor Ron Desantis does not require restaurants to use face masks, but I will not be going back till after the pandemic. I am sad about this because I like Ashleys and want to support local business.

The food was delicious.They made a great prime rib.The waitress was very experienced and helpful.

This restaurant is very nice in that it's a relaxing atmosphere with two levels and multiple bars. The reported ghost activity in the restaurant and a paranormal investigator on site every Monday drew my interest. By the way the food and the menu will satisfy your every taste. The staff are very enthusiastic about serving you.

Fear not! While many businesses have used the pan(dem)ic as an excuse to lower service and quality while raising prices, Ashley’s is providing the great food and great service we’ve loved and they’re still a great deal too!

The wait staff is pleasant, however you could taste that the grill hadn't been cleaned in a while. It was my first time there a d I have always wanted to go, however maybe they were just having a bad day. I will try again

The staff is always friendly. The food is spectacular. Best tomatoe basil soup I've ever had. I had the Greek salad and added chicken. Ate too much of the Irish nachos before I could get a picture. I'm sure it could easily feed 3 or more people.

Ashley's is a fine dining establishment that is supposedly haunted. They have weekly ghost hunter who stops by and talks about the haunting in this location. Has pictures to prove what hes seen and I must admit you can feel its presence. In no way is this to scary you away because the food and service is good but the fact it has a haunting it gives it that extra charm..

First off it's Tudor exterior and rustic interior are warm and welcoming. Something to look at wherever you eye wanders.there is also e very interesting story about the restaurant. But I'll leave that for the wait staff to tell you about. Also read the history of the restaurant on the back of the menu.I must say the service was quick and attentive. Our appetizer and dinner were delicious. The prices are very reasonable. Over all a great meal in a very fun atmosphere.

Stopped in for lunch. Even though we didn't have any ghostly experiences everything else was great! Had to include a pic of the haunted bathroom. The service was fast, friendly and our order was right. The food was very good and the prices are reasonable. We had the French Dip & the Portabella sandwiches. I definitely want to try more items here!

The cibatta chicken breast sandwich was soo good

I absolutely loved this restaurant! I've been wanting to go check it out and was not disappointed. Very cozy atmosphere as soon as you walk in. And the place just looks incredible. Love everything about it even though I'm not a fan of stairs. It was worth it. Dining on the upper floor with plants hanging and all of the different antique type things to look at added to the pleasantness of the experience. The food was delicious and decently priced. And our server was attentive and courteous. She only added to our enjoyable evening here. We will be back. Thank you for such a nice experience.

They have the most amazing strawberry diaquri. I did have a burger that wasnt very good but other then that the service was great
